Junior Film&Voice Term 4 (1H30M) - $44 per class

服務說明

Term 4 2026: 9 weekly classes on Wednesdays, 4:15pm to 5:45pm at the Heritage Hut, Acacia Ridge (7, 14, 21 and 28 October; 4, 11, 18 and 25 November; 2 December), then our end-of-year production day on Sunday 13 December at S.P.A.C.E in Kenmore. 10 sessions, booked by term. Production day: every FilmLab class comes together for one shooting day with cinematographer Nigel Jones. Each student performs an original scene, written for the day and rehearsed in class beforehand. Juniors go first, from 3:30pm, and parents are welcome to stay and watch. Every family gets their child's raw footage (the uncut takes) after the day, and the best moments from the whole day are cut into a featured episode, the start of an ongoing FilmLab web series. Joining after Friday 30 October? Scenes are written and cast by then, so the production day you would miss becomes a free class in Term 1 2027. What your child learns * Confidence in front of a camera: where to look, how to stand, and which movements and angles work on screen * Clear communication, spoken and unspoken * Voice acting: projection, pitch, tone and a wider vocal range * Self-confidence and public speaking * Imagination and creativity, and the versatility to play very different characters * Emotional intelligence: exploring and expressing a range of emotions * Working with others, making friends and building social skills * Focus, concentration, self-discipline and thinking on their feet Every performance is filmed in class. Above all, it is fun: a relaxed, supportive room where children enjoy themselves while they learn.
